Social media influencer Jamie Chen moves to LA and befriends Quinn, a shy waitress with dreams of performing on Broadway. Quinn realizes that Jamie cares more about gaining online followers than an actual friendship.
Charles Gray is a Writer & Director who comes from a Film Industry family back in the Philippines. He is the son of Movie Director Frank Quizon Jr. Gray and the Grand Nephew of Comedy Legend Dolphy Quizon. Charles studied film at The Art Institute of Orange County and pursued a Bachelors Degree in Digital Film/Video. Once out of school, he began working at Kore Asian Media where he helped produce over 100 videos with the video production team that focused on Asian American culture and lifestyle in Entertainment and got to work with Asian American celebrities such as John Cho, Constance Wu, Randall Park, Wong Fu, Ming Na Wen and more. Currently Charles works on the content production team at WAV Media, a music app dedicated to promoting Hip Hop and Electronic music.
He recently won the "Prix Special du Jury Entr'2 Marches" audience award for a drama short he wrote called, "Love Is Blind " and also got nominated for "Best Director" and "Best Film" for his 2017 film that he wrote and directed called, "The Ones That Get Away" at the 2nd Annual Los Angeles Philippine International Film Festival.
Besides writing and directing short films, he also directs music videos, documentaries, interviews, youtube content, and is currently writing his first feature film.
