Please join OCA-Greater Houston for our next installation of TEA Talks on 8/22/18 from 6:30 PM to 8 PM! This talk is a paneled discussion and will focus on data quality at all levels of demographic data collection. Demographic data is very important in deciding government programs and policies. Attend this event to learn from experts about:

1.Why data quality of demographic data (Gender, Race, Sexual Orientation) is important and how it affects you

2. How data classification on the census have broadened over the years

3. What you can do to help bring this change.

The intent of TEA Talks is to discuss current and ongoing issues/topics that the AAPI community face and promote discussion that drive towards possible solutions to those issues. We want to make this as engaging as possible so we plan to format these Talks with interactive activities such as ice breakers, small group discussions, and socials!
